  • Belonging to the Gateshead area
  • 55 years of age or over
  • Of low income
  • Must be able to live independently

Contributions to housing costs and service charges are subject to review in April each year.

Current Contribution Rate as at 1st April 2023 (for an apartment): £485.00 per month (£112. 00 per week)  which does not include Council Tax and private energy use.
